Bahan-bahan
- 250g ketam (dibersihkan)
- 7 biji cili hijau
- 1½ cawan santan kelapa yang di parut
- 1 keping asam gelugur
- ½ sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
- ½ sudu besar garam secukup rasa
- ½ sudu kecil perasa

Cara-cara memasak
1. Masukkan ketam ke dalam periuk, masukkan serai, cili hijau, santan, asam keping, garam secukup rasa, perasa dan kunyit .
2. Masak selama 5-7 minit.
3. Siap, angkat dan hidangkan.
