Ubat Terkawal  
Ditanda huruf "A" di hujung nombor pendaftaran
Contoh  : Antibiotik
MAL 20022544A

Ubat Bukan Racun (OTC)
Ditanda huruf "X" di hujung nombor pendaftaran
Contoh  : Ubat Demam
MAL 20022544X

Ubat Tradisional 
Ditanda huruf "T" di hujung nombor pendaftaran
Contoh  : Jamu, Herba
MAL 20022544T

Suplemen Kesihatan 
Ditanda huruf "N" di hujung nombor pendaftaran
Contoh  : vitamin
MAL 20022544N

Atau boleh semak status pendaftaran produk di laman web www.pharmacy.gov.my sebelum membeli produk kesihatan
