Google Mengukur Kepedasan Cili | Google menghargai Wilbur Scoville Lincoln ( 22 Januari 1865 - 10 Mac , 1942) . Merupakan seorang ahli farmasi Amerika yang paling terkenal untuk ciptaannya daripada "Scoville Organoleptic Test", kini diseragamkan sebagai skala Scoville itu. Beliau mencipta ujian dan skala pada tahun 1912 ketika bekerja di syarikat farmaseutikal Parke -Davis untuk mengukur kesedapan  atau " kepanasan ", pelbagai lada cili.
