3 langkah ceriakan hari korang!




  1. ketika berdandan/bersiap jangan terburu buru.Contohnya sapukan bedak secara perlahan lahan pada kulit . Tarik nafas panjang dan lepaskan secara perlahan lahan. Biarkan diri dalam keadaan tenang
  2. Cuci tangan korang menggunakan air suam. Gosokkan sabun sehingga menghasilkan buih dan urut jari korag perlahan lahan
  3. Dengarkan muzik di mana sahaja korang berada tak kira la di pejabat, kereta moto dan lain lai.. so korang akan hepy slalu

p/s : kalau x leh gak leh amalkan zikir dan selawat..konpom korang tenang je....
